     Energy (or vibe) is something that we are constantly taking in and releasing around us. It can weigh us down or lift us up. It can remind us of the past, or motivate us for the future. Here are 10 ways to get back to a peaceful state of being. Some of these take only a few minutes so you can use them to feel refreshed and positive in the midst of a busy or mablybe stressful  afternoon!

1. Take a sea salt bath

2. Walk on the grass with bare feet 

3. Ask the angels or goddess to clear you of anything that isnt yours 

4. spend in nature

5. recieve a reiki session 

6. drink lots of water

7. smudge your home with sage

8. go to the ocean

9. unplug from the internet 

10. Take a break from chaotic and toxic people
